Time is money honey. We always aim to deliver fast, but here’s what to expect. We ship most orders the same business day or within 24 hours. Processing times don’t account for weekends or holidays. We offer a number of shipping options which can be selected at checkout. Shipping costs will vary depending on weight, postal code, and shipping method. You will receive a confirmation email when your product is on the way. Most US orders arrive within 3 business days.Standard & Expedited Shipping
For when you need it and you need it fast: *Standard U.S. shipping will be shown during the checkout process on the Shipping Method screen, prior to payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders received after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
*Expedited U.S. shipping orders will be shipped via USPS Priority. Orders must be placed by 12PM EST to start processing the same day. All orders received after 12PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1- 2 business days for processing and up to 3 business days for transit.
U.S.- free standard shipping is available to U.S. customers on orders with a subtotal of $30 USD or more.
International - free shipping is available to international customers on orders with a subtotal of $75 USD or more.
Free refills are good. Free shipping is better.
International Shipping rates vary based on package weight, shipping address and shipping method. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and 1-4 weeks depending on your post office for delivery (depending on shipping method). 2-day expedited shipping is available to some countries. Your international shipping options will appear on the Shipping Method page of checkout, based on your location. Customs & import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and order value. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees.
We ship to over 100 countries including Canada and most of Europe.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Antarctica or North Korea (so stop calling us, Kim).
Where's My Order?
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on Winkylux.com, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. If you receive your confirmation email after 1 PM EST on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
If you are having any issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with "help" in the subject line for immediate service. Include your order number for an even faster resolution. Then breathe, because help is on the way.
Standard orders must be placed by 12:59 PM EST to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1-3 business days and orders will arrive within 6 business days from when the order is processed. Most orders arrive sooner. We are a little company
Holidays are the best, aren’t they? Sippin rose by the pool. Except when you place an ecomm order… All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
We are fighting the good fight against bad makeup! You may return any product within 45 days of purchase. Email email@example.com with "return" in the subject line. We will process it 1-3 business days after we receive your returned product and send you an email confirmation. Please allow up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to post it to your account.
You thought you liked it…but now you like something different. We get it. You may exchange any product within 45 days of purchase. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with "exchange" in the subject line.

We will look up the order and send you the return instructions. If they purchased it from an authorized Winky Lux retailer please return it directly to that retailer.
